graduates’ pressure in finding jobs
nowadays, more and more university graduates complain that graduation doesnot equate to employment. they experience great difficulties findingsatisfactory jobs. what is the cause of this phenomenon
in my opinion, there are four causes:
first, graduates lack experience. they spend most of their time at schoolstudying academic subjects and lack relevant job training. only after graduationdo they realize it’s hard to find jobs.
second, competition among graduates grows more bitter and more bitter andbitter. the supply of university graduates exceeds social demand. this resultsin a decreased chance for any inpidual graduate to find a job.
third, some students don’t study hard. some of them skip classes justbecause they have no interest in certain subjects. some play computer games orpursue other interests. some sleep in class or in the library. then they leavethe sheltered environment of the university campus, to discover they don’t haveadequate knowledge to apply for many positions, which makes them feel lost andfrustrated.
finally, some graduates are conceited. they lack experience but ask for ahigh salary, which is impractical.
so, university students should try their best to change this situation.when they are in school, they should make the most of their time and put theirheart into their studies. they can hold part-time jobs in their spare time toaccumulate relevant work experience. they should take part in some socialactivities and provide themselves with special training, if possible. when theygraduate and apply for jobs, they should attach more importance to accumulatingexperience than to their starting salary.
on university students’ pressure in finding jobs
about a decade ago, university students could find satisfactory andenviable jobs after their graduation. but now, things are different. today'suniversity students usually have much pressure in finding fairly good jobs. theyalways say disappointedly that graduation means joblessness. why nowadaysuniversity students have so much pressure in finding jobs?

Nowadays, with the development of education, increasing the number ofUniversity students. They would become the backbone of society, so that theiremployment will affect the future of themselves, their families and society. Then, the employment situation of college students about what?
In fact, college students "job challenge" has become a hot topic. Due tothe effects of the economic crisis, in 20__, the graduate employment rate of86%, in 20__, it rose to 89.6%, 20__ 90.8%, 20__ is 91.5%, but in 20__, itdropped again to 86%. In recent years, the volatility of college studentemployment rate, but the overall trend is still rising slowly. According to theChinese Academy of social sciences, statistics, end-20__ there will be 100,000students are unemployable, 5.92 million employment challenges that studentsface. Therefore, students ' employment situation is still very serious.
What, then, caused the employment problems of college students? I thinkthere are three main reasons: first of all, in terms of students, many collegestudents personal knowledge or practice of incompetence, lack of job skills, isthe lack of psychological preparation for interview. And some of the collegestudents ' employment concept is not correct, expectations were too high. Mostimportant is that they lack social experience.
Secondly, in the schools, some university courses set unreasonable, unableto adapt to society's demand for talents and graduates ' employment guidance andservices will also need to improve.
Furthermore, social aspects, social employment information system is notperfect, some examination of the enterprise or institution exists injustice, discrimination in employment, such as gender discrimination, account ofdiscrimination still exists.
Facing unemployment problem, as college students, we should have its ownfuture career planning. For me, I'm calm, patience and hard work. I like readingand writing, and I'm majoring in Chinese language and literature, so I have awealth of expertise. I am a school newspaper, a journalist, so I had interviews, and editing experience. I hope that the future will be an edit. In this dream, Iwill study the first two years at the University, how to interview and writingand contribution. After two years at the University, I would get in practice, accumulate work experience, multiple predecessors for advice.
I believe that if I’m hard-working enough, I can achieve my dream in thefierce competition for jobs.

Nowadays, the employment of college students is becoming more and more of aproblem. According to statistics, about 30% of graduate students can't find ajob after graduation. These college student who cannot find jobs are at theirworst. Why college graduates have difficulty finding jobs? Why is it a bigproblem that puzzled people for years?
The reason for it is various. The main reason has the following points:Firstly, the number of the college student is increasing faster and faster theseyears. In addition, many colleges and universities fail to adapt their coursesto the development of economy.
Secondly, It's easy for some students to find work. But the fact is thatsome students don't want to do the job, they except to find a work with a highersalary. In addition, some graduates did not work hard in college, so they arenot competent for jobs they want.
Last but not least, some college students cannot come to terms withthemselves and with the world around them. They pursue too high goals and aretoo particular about such factors as working conditions, salary, and so on.Therefore, they are reluctant to accept the job when they are offered tothem.
How can we deal with the problem? In my opinion, students who are incolleges must work harder than before to keep their competitiveness. Only inthis way can we find a suitable job. The government should take effectivemeasures to expand employment. I do believe that this problem will be resolvedsoon.

The difficulties young Chinese university graduates have had in finding ajob over the past few months have been making the headlines in the media andcausing concern throughout society. Education professionals in China have allhad something to say about it.
A good number of them, referring to the current phase of social transitionin China, have come out in favour of the mass education programme that has beenpractised in recent years in Chinese universities. Others have raised doubtsabout the reliability of the figure of only 70% as the rate of employment fornew graduates, which they consider to be alarmist. In fact, according to thestatistics provided by the Ministry of Education itself, out of the 2.12 milliongraduates in the general higher education sector in 20_, 640,000 had not signeda work contract by the end of their studies In these circumstances, it isunderstandable that in the current labour market in Shanghai, for example, newuniversity graduates are settling for a monthly salary of 1,200 yuan, slightlymore than double Shanghai’s minimum wage, at the same time as they are having toface significant overheads (superannuation, unemployment insurance, healthinsurance, etc.).
If we take into account the cost of living in Shanghai (includingaccommodation, transport and telecommunications), it would appear that thesalary of these graduates is barely enough to cover their basic needs . Thepurpose of this article is to better understand the current unemployment ofyoung graduates, beyond any proposals being put forward in the context of highereducation reform.
